IHVC Culture
Culture is an ever evolving intangible representation of the behavior of all team members in a workplace. The health, productivity, and happiness of the team is directly affected by and contributes to the culture. In an effort to continually refine IHVC's culture we frequently complete activities and challenges which help improve our understanding and ability to work with each other.
